Job Description
What to expect.
You will provide comprehensive speech and language services to students identified as needing support.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Identifying assessing diagnosing and treating speech voice fluency hearing and language disorders in our student population
- Providing individual and group therapy tailored to the developmental needs of students and complete quality documentation
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary treatment teams.
- Developing and presenting speech-language programs for staff development and training.
- Staying current with advances in speech pathology and special education techniques especially in school-based settings.

Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to education and years and level of related experience.
What we need from you.
- A masters degree in speech pathology from an accredited college or university.
- Must have licensure by the Maryland State Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
- Six months of related experience which can include in an internship or practicum.
