The Opportunity
Growth Marketing Applied Analytics
The person in this role conducts exploratory analysis RTB motions and advanced analysis.
What youll Do
- Distill and synthesize data (qualitative and quantitative 1st party and 3rd party) and build marketing/B2B data science models that harvest customer intelligence.
- Interact with GTM Sales and Growth Marketing teams to help craft business strategy.
- Manage a variety of internal B2B products (from strategy through to execution) passionate about delivering data and insights to Marketers and Sellers.
- Analyze large data sets using SQL Hive or Presto and gain insights with Excel and R/Python.
- Develop metrics and corresponding analysis to drive the business forward; conduct complex statistical analyses and translate results into business recommendations.
- Solve in-depth analytical and quantitative problems including conducting research analyzing data developing hypotheses and synthesizing recommendations.
- Develop the infrastructure for critical metrics and establish the rhythm of the business ecosystem to analyze weekly performance.
- Guide quarterly planning motions and build a target-based structured performance ecosystem.
- Drive committed learning agendas to optimize marketing and business strategy.
- Apply insight to guide growth opportunity assessment.
- Clearly communicate findings recommendations and present complex concepts ideas and dense data (verbally and in writing) to all types of functions and levels.
What you need to succeed
- 8 years of experience in marketing analytics in a B2B environment.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing Statistics Finance Computer Science or other relevant fields.
- Deep domain expertise in B2B marketing strategy and measurement approaches.
- Ability to translate asks from marketing partners into technical requirements to drive cross-functional projects with engineering and technology partners.
- Expertise in SQL Advanced Excel and data-driven storytelling.
- Early adopter of AI technologies in the Predictive Prescriptive and Descriptive analytics space.
- Strong customer interaction showcasing a proven track record of guiding measurement strategy and analysis with senior leaders.
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
