Within ITA the Hiring Intelligence Science & Experimentation (HIRISE) team transforms data and insights into action with interactive personalized products and online assessments that drive Amazons hiring of top-tier candidates. Rooted in simplicity scalability and sustainability HIRISE is a central software development service for ITA striving to build an integrated intelligence hub that serves stakeholders worldwide. Our products enable recruiting partners to make impactful strategic decisions by fairly evaluating candidates while also uncovering future trends in hiring data. Working at the intersection of data insights and advanced candidate evaluation you will use speed and experimentation to create flexible solutions that adapt to rapid business growth and produce 10x value for our customers.
- Experience (non-internship) in professional software development
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java C or C# including object-oriented design
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience with full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations
