Job Description:
Data Scientist III (Analytics and Insights)
- This role will be providing analytics insights and data science support for credit cards acquisitions product and journey teams.
- Advise executives and business partners with new ideas for increasing cards acquisitions monitoring and tracking the portfolio supporting monthly MOR updates forecast v/s actual gap analysis.
- Pull substantial amounts of data through cloud zones assess data quality and accuracy perform deep dive analytics generate high quality insights make actionable recommendation to business partners and track the final outcomes for continuous iterative improvements.
- Focus on key customer segments to drive performance. Support acquisitions and P&L enhancing decisions.
- Generate insightful presentations for business partners and AI2 leadership highlighting opportunities for growth.
- Generate and deliver a pipeline of value cases to help business/journey achieve their OKRs for FY25-26
- Proactively identify opportunities and close gaps in understanding of overall cards acquisition performance cards campaigns pre-approval funnel optimization etc.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Require a self-motivated hands-on individual contributor.
- Proficiency in advanced analytics clustering segmentation feature engineering predictive modeling etc. is preferred. There is negligible reporting element in this role so someone with analytics background is important.
- Experience in python/Azure is necessary.
- Deep knowledge and interest in understanding cards offerings TD cards portfolio and P&L is must.
- Understanding of TDs data assets cloud zones BIM data etc. is required. Perform ancillary activities like ADIDOs PIAs etc. to ingest/export data.
- STEM background preferred
