The Role
We are currently seeking aResourcing & Mobilisation Specialist to join our vibrant Energy & Resources Welshpool branch.
The Recruitment & Mobilisation Specialist is responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities and ensuring the seamless mobilisation of candidates to site. This role plays a vital part in supporting workforce planning onboarding and compliance for site-based operations with a strong focus on safety efficiency and candidate experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast paced and dynamic industry. Working with a team of experienced professionals this role will enable you to further develop your skills within a vast array of industry sectors recruiting for a wide variety of job types.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar and technical roles including advertising screening interviewing and reference checking.
Liaise with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs and role requirements.
Maintain a strong pipeline of suitably qualified candidates to meet workforce demands.
Utilise internal systems and external platforms to source candidates and track recruitment activity.
Conduct pre-employment checks including VEVO medicals and police clearances.
Coordinate all mobilisation activities including flights accommodation inductions and site access requirements.
Ensure all mobilisation documentation and compliance requirements (e.g. tickets licences VOCs site inductions) are complete prior to deployment.
Work closely with HSE Payroll and Site Teams to ensure smooth mobilisation and onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of mobilisation schedules and personnel movements.
Ensure all candidate and worker information is maintained accurately in internal systems.
Ensure all recruitment and mobilisation activities comply with internal policies and relevant legislation.
Prepare regular reporting on recruitment status mobilisation progress and candidate pipeline.
