Purpose of Your Role
As a Production Worker you will perform various production activities in a food processing environment while meeting quality standards and production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in manufacturing processes including equipment setup operation and shutdown ensuring quality standards are met.
- Apply quality controls during production to ensure products meet customer requirements.
- Work within a team to achieve production goals and deadlines.
- Identify and report potential hazards incidents or equipment problems promptly to Team Leader.
- Participate in problem solving activities aimed at improving production processes and workplace practices.
Skills Knowledge & Experience
- Experience in working in a manufacturing environment particularly food processing.
- Good problem-solving skills to identify production problems
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to undergo training as required

Other Requirements
- Possess a working with childrens check & police check
- Forklift licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
