Launch your Advanced Practice Provider (APP) career with our 6-month paid fellowship (October 2025March 2026) at select Mass General Brigham primary care practices.

Placement Options:
- Pioneer Valley Sub-Region (Northampton MA)
- NH/ME Seacoast Sub-Region (Dover NH)
- North Shore Sub-Region (Location TBD)
- MetroWest Sub-Region (Westwood MA)

Program Highlights:

Program Goals:
- Build skills confidence and competence through structured clinical training mentorship targeted education and exposure to specialties.
- Prepare and position newly licensed NPs and PAs for successful long-term careers at Mass General Brigham.



Job Summary

The APP Fellow is a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who is responsible for the assessment and management of patients in the ambulatory setting including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions development of appropriate plans of care and ongoing evaluation with the supervision and guidance of a physician and/or APP preceptor.



Qualifications

Education:
- Masters Degree required

Licenses and Credentials:
- Nurse Practitioner state license required



OR

- Physician Assistant state license required

Experience:
- Registered nurse or other relevant indirect work experience preferred (EMT Paramedic PT OT Athletic Trainer Respiratory Therapist Dietitian Exercise Physiologist Social Worker or Imaging Tech)
