About the Role
We at Innovaccer are looking for aSoftware Development Engineer-III Backendto build the most amazing product experience. Youll get to work with other engineers to build a delightful feature experience to understand and solve our customers pain points.

A Day in the Life

• Building efficient and reusable applications and abstractions.
• Identify and communicate back-end best practices.
• Participate in the project life-cycle from pitch/prototyping through definition and design to build integration QA and delivery
• Analyse and improve the performance reliability observability scalability stability and security of the product
• Improve engineering standards code reviews tooling and processes
• Automate workflows quickly for repetitive tasks
• Work with ambiguous requirements by leading discussions with stakeholders peers and team members.

What You Need

• 6 years of experience with a start-up mentality and a high willingness to learn
• Expert in Python Go or Java and experience with any web framework (relevant to the language)
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
• Expert in Kubernetes and containerization.
• Experience in RDBMS & NoSQL databases such as Postgres and MongoDB (any OLAP database is good to have).
• Experience in Solution Architecture.
• Experience in cloud service providers such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience in Kafka RabbitMQ or other queuing services is good to have.
• Working experience in BigData / Distributed Systems and Async Programming is a must have.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering.
• Go-get-done bias-for-action self-starter and team-player attitude
