Tenancy Sustainment Officer
Location: Birmingham
Salary: 25737.86 per annum
Job title: Tenancy Sustainment Officer
A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our Association. The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will be based in our offices in Birmingham.

Purpose of the role
- To understand the complex needs of tenants licensee or occupants of Adullam properties within the context of Supported Exempt Accommodation.
- To deliver a consistently high customer service which enhances the quality of life for tenants by providing safe secure and attractive environments creating sustainable communities.
- You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Associations values culture and ethos.

- Salary 25737.86 per annum dependent on experience for 37.5 hours per week

Adullam Homes Housing Association was created in 1972 to support vulnerable individuals and households. From the simple beginning of a single property in Birmingham Adullam has expanded into new geographical locations and developed new services.
Over the years it has introduced and run innovative projects to offer tenants residents and service users opportunities for housing support education and training.
