You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailIn this position as a PACS Administrator Clinical Support Specialist you will be embedded with one strategic healthcare customer reporting to their primary site while providing remote and on-site support across their geographically dispersed network of facilities. You will act as a trusted clinical partner ensuring smooth software adoption optimized imaging workflows and a high standard of end-user satisfaction.

Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree in Engineering Medical Science related field or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare clinical support or medical softwareespecially in post-implementation or customer-facing roles.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
This is an field role. You will be located at the customers site and can travel up to 50% of the time to other customer locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The hourly pay range for this position in (North Carolina) is $31.00 to $52.00 plus overtime eligible.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position you must reside in or within commuting distance to Charlotte North Carolina.
