A Day in the Life

Our Danvers warehouse is seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Clerk II to join our team. In this role you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by supporting shipping receiving and inventory management processes.

Compensation:

• Base hourly rate: $23/hr
• Quarterly Operations Incentive bonus
• PTO - 4 weeks / year
• Paid holidays - 10 / year

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and drive a 24-foot box truck as part of daily operations (no CDL needed)
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet productivity goals.
• Support shipping and receiving activities ensuring timely and accurate processing of materials.
• Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
• Assist in cross-functional tasks as needed to support overall warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience; prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred.
• Comfort and ability to drive a 24-foot box truck (training and support provided).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

The starting base rate of pay for this position and location is $<> per hour. The base rate is applicable across the United States excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.
