A Day in the Life

Compensation:

• Base hourly rate: $23/hr
• Quarterly Operations Incentive bonus
• PTO - 4 weeks / year
• Paid holidays - 10 / year

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6 am - 2:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet productivity goals.
• Support shipping and receiving activities ensuring timely and accurate processing of materials.
• Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
• Assist in cross-functional tasks as needed to support overall warehouse efficiency.
• Operate and drive a 24-foot box truck as part of daily operations (no CDL needed)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience; prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred.
• Comfort and ability to drive a 24-foot box truck (training and support provided).
• Experience with warehouse equipment such as ride-on pallet jacks reach jacks and stand up fork lifts preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
