How you will make an impact

As theSenior Sourcing Specialistfor Professional Services (IT & Non-IT) in UK & EMEA you will be responsible for executing category strategy and leading sourcing initiatives in partnership with business leadership. Success in this role requires building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers to deliver optimal value. You will manage multiple complex and time-sensitive projects ensuring alignment with AIGs policies and strategic goals.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Leadend-to-end strategic sourcing processes for Professional Services encompassing contract negotiations RFP management and sourcing strategy development
• Take ownershipof complex contract negotiations driving favorable business and pricing terms and conditions based on comprehensive market research and benchmark analysis
• Spearheadcross-functional teams to define precise Professional Services supplier requirements and facilitate collaborative supplier selection ensuring successful contract completion by business-critical deadlines
• Assesssupplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and high-quality service delivery to business stakeholders
• Establish strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders gaining a deep understanding of their strategic direction requirements and priorities across assigned spend categories
• Serve as a trusted advisorto leadership on procurement best practices and strategies upholding AIGs global procurement ethics and policies
• Maintain expertiseon market trends supplier dynamics and regulatory changes impacting the Professional Services category to inform strategic sourcing decisions

What youll need to succeed

• Bachelors degreein a relevant field such as Business Supply Chain Management Finance or equivalent practical experience
• Significant experienceinstrategic sourcing and complex contract negotiationsspecifically within Professional Services (IT and non-IT)
• Proven abilityto draft negotiate and effectively manage a portfolio of supplier agreements in the Professional Services category
• Strong analytical skillswith the ability to identify potential issues propose solutions and balance interests to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsincluding the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior management
• In-depth knowledgeof best-in-class Sourcing Contracting and Vendor Management processes ideally within a complex organizational environment
• Customer-centric approachwith a strong focus on understanding business needs and delivering solutions that provide maximum value
