Job Type: Part-time Hourly (15 - 24.5 hours per week) Full-time Hourly (25 - 37.5 hours per week)

Schedule: Weekdays Weekends Evenings

What youll be doing:

• Taking apparel racks to sales floor sorting and hanging new merchandise.
• Designing setting up and maintaining displays as required.
• Ensuring floors are free of stock and that all rack and shelves are neat.
• Rotating stock and ensuring racks are left presentable and neat.
• Moving stock to the processing area of the store.
• Scanning items out of POS inventory as required.
• Tidying shelves racks bins or displays and removing stock that is being rotated as needed.
• Assisting Retail team members at cash registers with wrapping or bagging merchandise for customers
• Providing world class customer service to all Goodwill customers.

What you bring to the table:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Must be 15 years of age or older.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
• Previous customer service experience is an asset.
• Must have sufficient verbal and written command of the English language.
• Exceptional customer service skills to interact with donors and members of the public.
• Dependability and reliability are required.
• As this position requires lifting sorting and moving donations candidates must be able to regularly lift in excess of 10 kilograms (22 pounds).
• Must be responsible for own transportation to and from work as well as to and from Goodwill training sessions.
• You demonstrate teamwork and engage fellow Team Members in contributing to Goodwills mission & core purpose.
• You have an open and honest attitude while making moral decisions.
• You recognize the great efforts of fellow Team Members through genuine recognition activities.
• You contribute to a welcoming & accepting work environment by showing respect at all times.
