You will be updated with latest job alerts via email- Assist in coordinating and executing daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform billing and invoicing duties accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with clients vendors and internal teams to ensure effective communication and task completion.
- Support the operations team in handling documentation data entry and coordination tasks.
- Maintain and update operation-related records and reports.
- Assist in resolving basic customer queries or issues related to operations or billing.
- Support any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.
- Minimum Qualification: SPM
- At least 1 year of working experience in freight forwarding or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of billing processes is an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word etc.).
