We are looking for a highly analytical and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. In this role you will interpret complex data sets build reports and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across departments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to insurance products and customer behaviors.
- Prepare detailed reports and data visualizations to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop solutions based on data insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against goals.
- Assist in the implementation of new data systems and tools to improve efficiency.
- Conduct data quality checks and ensure data integrity across various sources.
- Provide analytical support for marketing and sales initiatives to improve client acquisition.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills to present data findings clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience in data analysis or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with insurance industry data is a plus.
- Experience using Excel SQL or other analytical software is desirable.
