Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings reviewing applications and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support onboarding processes by materials and facilitating orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and respond to inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Help organize training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Participate performance management processes and assist in implementing feedback from evaluations.
  • Support workplace culture initiatives by planning and organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Compile reports and assist in HR-related projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in Human Resources is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Desired Experience

  • Previous experience in Human Resources role or administrative support is preferred.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and employee onboarding strategies.
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
