Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings reviewing applications and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support onboarding processes by materials and facilitating orientation sessions for new hires.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and respond to inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Help organize training sessions and employee development programs.
- Participate performance management processes and assist in implementing feedback from evaluations.
- Support workplace culture initiatives by planning and organizing employee engagement activities.
- Compile reports and assist in HR-related projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in Human Resources is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Desired Experience
- Previous experience in Human Resources role or administrative support is preferred.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and employee onboarding strategies.
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
