As we expand our commercial efforts in the UK we are looking for a highly
targeted profile to join our sales team.
The Role
We are hiring a Junior Sales Development Representative (UK Market Berlin
Based) to lead outbound outreach to the UK. This is a specialized role focused
on pipeline development for the UK FMCG and CPG sectors. You will be
responsible for identifying and engaging prospects and booking qualified
meetings for our Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting into UK-based FMCG and CPG companies
- Conduct cold outreach via email LinkedIn video prospecting and cold calls
- Build and manage prospect lists using scraping tools and freelancer support
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Use tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo Clay Salesforce and
Sendspark
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on outreach performance
- Native-level English fluency with deep familiarity with UK communication norms
- Knowledge or network within the UK FMCG and CPG sectors
- Prior experience in cold calling within a B2B sales context
- Bachelors degree in business marketing communications or a related field
- Hands-on experience with software tools such as: LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Apollo Salesforce Clay Sendspark or equivalent tools
- Proven ability to scrape lead lists and manage freelance list builders
- Currently based in Berlin or willing and able to relocate to join the team on-site
- At least one year of experience in outbound sales or SDR roles (including
internships)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working in or selling to FMCG/CPG companies
- Understanding of GDPR and outbound compliance
- Experience working in international teams or environments
- German language skills (not required)

This role is entirely focused on outbound outreach to the UK market. Success
depends on cultural nuance tone and an understanding of UK-specific buyer
psychology. Our clients expect native-level English communication tailored to UK
business norms especially in the FMCG and CPG sectors. Collaboration with
our Berlin-based sales team also requires on-site presence for faster alignment
and effective teamwork.
