Job Description

To support our Management Assistance team we are searching for a Travel Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

Tasks

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage employee travel profiles preferences and visa/entry requirements to facilitate smooth travel experiences
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements across travel expense management
  • Monitor travel trends and technologies to continuously optimize travel processes and policies
  • Generate and analyze travel expenditure reports to support budgeting and identify savings
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate billing reimbursement and policy adherence

Requirements

WHO YOU ARE

  • First professional experience in Travel Management preferably in a corporate environment with international travel volume
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with travelers service providers and internal departments
  • High degree of initiative responsibility and discretion
  • Fluent in German and English both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Outlook) and ideally experienced with expense management software
