Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and qualified Freelance English Trainer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to provide high-quality English language instruction to adult learners in the Freiburg area and online.
Tasks
- Deliver engaging English lessons tailored to individual or small-group needs
- Develop customized lesson plans and materials based on learners goals
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback
- Conduct in-person sessions (primarily in Freiburg and online)
- Optionally support virtual training sessions if needed
Requirements
- Based in Freiburg or within easy commuting distance
- Native or near-native English speaker
- At least 2 years of English language teaching or training experience
- TEFL TESOL CELTA or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable punctual and self-motivated
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
