Role Responsibilities:

- Monitor and assess the progress of students while maintaining comprehensive records.
- Facilitate a safe and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with parents to provide support and constructive feedback on their child s development.
- Integrate creative teaching methods to engage students in various subjects.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a conducive learning space.
- Organize and participate in school events and activities.
- Continually update and develop educational materials and resources.
- Provide one-on-one attention to students as needed to enhance their learning experience.
- Implement educational best practices and stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies.
- Encourage and inspire students to develop a love for learning.
- Assist in the development of curriculum and educational initiatives.
- Communicate regularly with colleagues parents and administrators regarding student progress.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification accredited in India.
- Proven experience as a mother teacher or similar role.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Patience and ability to handle diverse classroom dynamics.
- Ability to engage and excite children about learning.
- Proficient in using educational technology and tools.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with others effectively.
