Position Overview

We are currently hiring an experienced Outdoor Sandblaster for a reputable company in Tulsa. This position involves working in outdoor environments using abrasive blasting techniques to clean smooth or prepare surfaces for further treatment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable safety-conscious and experienced with heavy-duty sandblasting equipment.

Primary Responsibilities

Operate sandblasting equipment to remove rust paint and debris from various surfaces
Clean and prepare outdoor materials such as metal concrete stone and wood
Work on construction industrial and landscape job sites
Maintain and inspect sandblasting tools and equipment for safe operation
Follow all company and OSHA safety standards including use of full PPE
Handle abrasive materials responsibly and in compliance with environmental guidelines
Maintain a clean organized and hazard-free work area
Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines

Skills & Experience Requirements

Proven experience with sandblasting in an outdoor industrial or construction setting
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Familiarity with PPE and safety procedures in abrasive blasting
Physical stamina to lift bend and stand for extended periods
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
Sandblasting certification or equivalent work experience is a plus
