This is a remote position.
Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers assisting with documentation account updates and client inquiries.
Manage documentation filing and data entry to maintain accurate client records and support efficient processing.
Respond to client inquiries resolve issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication.
Process client applications accurately and within specified timelines coordinating with other departments as necessary.
Update and maintain databases ensuring records are accurate and compliant with company and regulatory standards.
Ensure all client files meet compliance requirements assisting brokers in adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to support brokers and management in tracking performance client activity and compliance metrics.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues in account information escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in loan processing mortgage servicing credit analysis or a related financial/administrative role.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with loan servicing credit assessments and mortgage documentation is essential.
Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM systems loan processing software and MS Office (Excel Word). Experience with Connective Mercury is a strong advantage.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy in documentation and data entry.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with brokers clients and internal teams.
Compliance Awareness: Understanding of lending regulations and ability to maintain compliant records.
Problem-Solving: Ability to investigate discrepancies resolve issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
Prior experience in credit analysis or underwriting support.
Familiarity with Australian mortgage lending practices (if applicable).
Experience working in a broker-support or financial services role.
