This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM PST with 1hr unpaid lunch
An admin assistant is a generalist role that supports a manager or in-house team with a range of background administrative tasks and possibly some customer service or sales support via email chat support ticketing phone or video calls.
Responsibilities:
- Pulling reports and metrics
- Sending out letters
- Processing faxes
- Orders contact lenses for patients
- Ensures a great patient experience
- Checks certain email accounts
- Other admin tasks that are pertinent
Requirements
- Has 2years experience as an Admin Assistant in an Optometry clinic or healthcare set up
- Graduate of any medical course preferable Optometry
- Fluent in both Spanish and English language
- Experience in handling calls
- Detail oriented
- Enjoys numbers
- Excellent in supervising processes
