Job Description

This is a remote position.

As a Data Entry Clerk you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our databases by entering information precisely and verifying its accuracy. Responsibilities:

  • Accurately inputting data into various databases and systems.
  • Verifying and ensuring the accuracy of entered data.
  • Maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Meeting daily and weekly data entry targets.
  • Reporting any data discrepancies or system issues to the supervisor.
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical data files.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry (preferred).
  • Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.


Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in typing and navigating digital platforms. Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously. Customer-centric approach with a passion for helping others. High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
