Job Description
- Design develop and implement Guidewire applications using Java and related technologies.
- Customize and configure Guidewire Policy Center Billing Center or Claim Center to meet business requirements.
- Develop web services and integrations with third-party systems using REST SOAP or messaging queues.
- Collaborate with business analysts QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery and deployment.
- Participate in unit testing peer code reviews and debugging to maintain high code quality.
- Contribute to technical design documentation system architecture and continuous improvement efforts.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments participating in daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Guidewire application development (Policy Center Billing Center Claim Center).
- Strong knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with Guidewire configuration integration and data model extensions.
- Hands-on experience with web services (SOAP/REST) and messaging frameworks.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools Git CI/CD pipelines and version control.
- Solid understanding of the insurance domain and underwriting/claims/billing workflows.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
