What does your day to day look like
- Manage & assume responsibility for all revenue performance accurate forecasting sales reporting and day-to-day operational management of the Perth Direct Sales team.
- Lead and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Direct Sales Team ensuring excellent team and individual performance through recruitment communication performance management training and development.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans focused on new business development client retention market responsiveness and maximising revenue share.
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders including the Head of Commercial WA National Head of Audio Sales and other sales teams to align local and national objectives.
- Ensure exceptional customer service through performance tracking systems support commercial opportunities execute sales projects and uphold occupational health and safety standards.
What youll need:
- 5 years experience in a direct sales leadership role servicing direct clients in Perth.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining a high performing media sales team.
- High levels of professionalism and charisma with the ability to influence engage and persuade senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional track record achieving and exceeding challenging budgets and targets.
