Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Account Representative to join our fast-paced team in Los Angeles. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn customer-oriented and excited to support client account operations. The Junior Account Representative will be responsible for assisting in the management of client accounts helping maintain relationships and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing client accounts and supporting senior account managers
Communicate regularly with clients to address their needs and resolve inquiries
Prepare reports proposals and presentations for internal and client use
Maintain accurate records of account activities and customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables align with client expectations
Monitor account performance and help identify areas for improvement
Participate in client meetings and assist with project coordination
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field
02 years of experience in customer service account management or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented environment
