Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Columbus OH. This role is crucial to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our digital records. The ideal candidate will be organized efficient and capable of managing large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities
Enter and update data into company databases and systems with precision
Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Organize and maintain digital filing systems
Generate reports and extract data as requested by other departments
Follow data entry procedures and quality assurance protocols
Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data management systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
