We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team in Columbus OH. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring a seamless and responsive service experience. You will support account managers maintain excellent communication with clients and ensure all service requests and needs are handled efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure service expectations are met
Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Maintain and update client records and account information
Assist in preparing reports presentations and documentation for client meetings
Monitor and follow up on service requests and deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support client projects
Contribute to continuous improvement of client service procedures
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field
Minimum of 12 years in a client-facing or administrative support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Professional demeanor and a problem-solving attitude
Ability to work independently and within a team
