We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our operations team. In this role you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various forms of data to support company operations. The ideal candidate is efficient organized and committed to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Accurately input data from source documents into various computer systems
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct when necessary
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and activities
Ensure all data entries are completed within the required timeframes
Organize and file documents and records systematically
Assist other departments with data-related tasks as needed
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Follow data program techniques and procedures to maintain data security
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and database systems
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company policies
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
