Job Description

Posting Summary
Summer Session Grader or TA The Department of Statistics at Rutgers University seeks outstanding applicants to serve as a Summer Session Grader or TA for Statistics course(s). Grading will be done under the supervision of the primary course instructor. You will be responsible for grading courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level during the Summer sessions. We typically run 2 sessions scheduled between late May until mid-August and you will be assigned a course during one or more of those sessions. You will assist the primary Instructor in preparing and adhering to grade submission policies and deadlines. This position will report to the primary instructor of the course you are assigned. Summer session courses may be offered as remote instruction. Successful candidates will most likely be a graduate student with a major in Statistics the Statistics MSDS Program or the Statistics FSRM Program. Graduate students in similar disciplines will also be considered. Prior grading experience in the department is preferred but not required. Please apply at the following link:
