You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Proposal Coordinators primary goal is to provide essential administrative support to the Proposals team helping to ensure a smooth and organized workflow throughout the bid process. This role supports day-to-day tasks such as managing documentation assisting with data entry coordinating vendor information and contributing to overall team efficiency.
By handling key logistical and administrative functions this position allows the Proposals team to focus on strategic response development and client engagementultimately supporting the companys broader sales initiatives and growth objectives. This position is a key role within Corporate Interiors as bids are becoming a more and more prevalent means of awarding business in the commercial furniture industry. A successful person in the role will be comfortable interacting with the Sales Team and Senior Management internally as well as with external suppliers.
