Mountain Sales Call Center (MSCC) Agents serve as the primary point of contact for new and returning guests visiting Aspen Snowmass. As the voice of the company agents provide exceptional guest service by answering phone calls responding to emails and chats processing orders and offering expert advice to enhance the guest experience. The ideal candidate is highly motivated customer-focused and passionate about Aspen Snowmass and the surrounding areas where Aspen Skiing Company operates. This position reports to the MSCC Manager.
