Job Description
This role is pivotal in ensuring the availability and performance of IT infrastructure and applications in alignment with global standards and business strategies. You will act as a strategic partner to the business leading a small team and collaborating across departments to drive digital transformation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all IT activities within the plant.
- Develop and implement local IT strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Manage IT service delivery infrastructure and application support.
- Oversee IT project execution including vendor coordination and technical delivery.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies risk management and quality standards.
- Provide consulting and training to business users on IT systems and security.
- Maintain plant data centers and specialized manufacturing IT systems.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Information & Communication Technology or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 35 years in a relevant IT role.
- 2 years in a leadership or team lead role preferably in manufacturing.
- Technical Expertise:
- IT Infrastructure & Service Management (ITIL)
- Project Management methodologies
- System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Business Process Manufacturing
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership problem-solving communication and intercultural sensitivity.
