Job Description
SUMMARY
The HR Representative will assist in labor relations and administrative HR functions such as: filing disciplinary actions letter writing employee orientations and investigations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with recordkeeping related to hiring terminations employees documentation and leave licenses.
- Conducts initial interviews analysis and gathers information for employee relations matters such as harassment allegations work complaints or others concerns.
- Maintains knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations related to EEO Affirmative Action labor relation and human resources.
- Assist in the recruitment process if needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Labor Relations Business Psychology or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of Puerto Ricos labor laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word Excel and Outlook)
