Job Description

County Line Veterinary Clinic in New Braunfels TX is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Lead Veterinary Receptionist - Customer Service Rep. YOUR ROLE

As a Lead Veterinary Receptionist - Customer Service Rep youll consistently provide a welcoming and efficient experience for both clients and staff. Youll confidently and respectfully communicate with clients resolving issues as they arise while also managing the reception team. Throughout your day youll expertly answer client inquiries assist with appointment scheduling manage medication refills and address various questions. You will also be instrumental in developing and holding staff accountable to policies and procedures all while developing a strong rapport with your team.


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • 5 years of veterinary receptionist experience
  • Excellent communication and experience diffusing situations
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Ability to complete tasks as assigned

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2 years of staff management experience
  • AVImark experience

YOUR HOURS

Shifts vary but will be within business hours which are Monday-Friday 7:15 AM - 6:00 PM.
