You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailProcore is looking for an inspiring and accomplished Sales Development Representative to join one of the highest-performing sales teams in the software industry. Our Sales Development team is an essential component of our sales model and has helped fuel our incredible growth for the past several years. As a Sales Development Representative youll develop an understanding of the construction industry and Procores products to help improve one of the worlds largest industries.

What youll do:
Create new business opportunities to fuel Procores growth
Partner with an Account Executive to achieve mutually aligned sales quotas each month
Engage construction professionals through phone email and other channels to understand their pain points and identify opportunities to solve them
Be empowered to operate beyond your role and help the team improve our process training use of technology and any other aspects of our business
Work with sales management to develop targeted lists call strategies and messaging to create opportunities for new business
Conduct daily activities including
Pre-call research and planning
Make a high volume of calls per day
Follow-up with previous contacts (nurturing leads)
Maintain Salesforce records
What were looking for:
Fluency in Swedish / Norwegian is required
Desire to pursue a career in Sales
Will to achieve resultsthe curiosity and perseverance to push harder when the going gets tough
Desire to work in a collaborative environment while inspiring your team and achieving quarterly goals
Commitment to lifelong learning and continuous development

To REALLY stand out you have:
1 years of experience in SaaS especially software sales
Entrepreneurship
Construction industry experience
Quota attainment record
Bachelors degree

Additional Information :
Base Pay Range 37520 - 51590 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of 53600 - 73700. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidates job-related skills experience education or training and location.
