Job Description

As a member of the cybersecurity team specifically within the GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) division you will contribute to strengthening the companys cybersecurity framework by participating in the drafting and updating of documents such as policies procedures and standards. You will be involved in various projects aimed at enhancing the organizations security posture in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will work closely with the operational cybersecurity team (SecOps) the IT department (DSI) and various other business units.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in analyzing business requests to identify cybersecurity risks. 
  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of cybersecurity dashboards. 
  • Contribute to security posture assessments (audits risk assessments compliance activities). 
  • Assist in verifying the implementation of security controls and collecting necessary evidence. 
  • Collaborate with various internal teams (IT HR Finance Legal) to support cybersecurity initiatives. 
  • Participate in compliance efforts including maintaining PCI-DSS certification. 
  • Support the implementation of cybersecurity solutions and controls in projects. 
  • Assist in delivering cybersecurity awareness activities. 
  • ntribute to the development and improvement of security policies standards and processes. 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity or in the process of completing it. 
  • Initial experience (internship job academic project) in cybersecurity. 
  • Interest in cybersecurity best practices (NIST ISO CIS etc.). 
  • Basic knowledge of risk management and compliance frameworks: NIST CSF NIST 800-53 PCI-DSS ISO 27001 GDPR Law 25
  • Detail-oriented organized and eager to learn. 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills. 
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French (primary working language). 
  • Functional French skills to communicate with French-speaking vendors. *

**A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English both orally and in writing with colleagues customers and other stakeholders in Quebec the rest of Canada and internationally.
