Cambridge International Systems Inc. has a full-time Senior Cyber Manager opportunity available based inDoral FL. Qualified candidates for this job must possess a current DoD Secret security clearance. This position is contingent upon contract award with an expected start date of August 25 2026.
ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES
Our SCITES program supporting US Southern Command has an exciting challenging opportunity for someone versed in ESS support.
- Leads plans directs and coordinates activities related to physical and cyber protection personnel security and incident handling
- Ensures adherence to security policies procedures and requirements as outlined in the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and any relevant supplements
- Oversees verification of clearance levels and access through clearance databases ensuring adherence to the Privacy Act Title 5 of the U.S.C. Section 552a protecting sensitive information
- Facilitatesclearance processes for individuals needing security clearances ensuring privacy data and information are protected and providing guidance on clearance procedures
- Ensures security misconduct or performance-related incidents are reported within 48 hours to the AAS COR and the contractors Facility Security Officer (FSO)
- Handles and resolves complex personnel security issues
- Supports PMO activities program kick-off program meetings and program deliverables (such as the PMP) as needed
- Possessesand applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
- Plans and leads major technology assignments
- Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
- May supervise others
- Bachelor degree in technical area of study from accredited university
- 812years of relevant technical experience
- US citizen withactive Secret security clearance.
- Demonstratedexpertisein physical and cyber protection personnel security and incident handling with particular emphasis on leading and coordinating security activities in complex environments.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of security policies and procedures outlined in the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and NISPOM ensuring strict adherence across all levels of operations.
- Exhibits strategicexpertisein managing clearance processes verifying access levels and protecting sensitive information
- CFCM - Certified Federal Contracts Manager - NCMAcertification
- Background in military or Government security operations supervising security teams clearance management and high-impact security program implementation.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- In rare occasions overnight travel may be required.
Cambridge International Systems complies with Temporary Duty Station (TDY)/Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) vaccination requirements. If this position requires OCONUS travel (listed above) Vaccine Recommendations by AOR lists out applicable current vaccination requirements by location.
- Must be able to work in an office environment sitting at a desk looking at a computer for most of the workday.
- Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting walking standing etc.
- May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
