Standard Shift: Fri / Sat / Sun from 11:00am 7:00pm

What Youll Be Doing:
As a Kitchen Steward youll be the unsung hero of our culinary team ensuring our kitchen stays clean safe and ready for action. Your responsibilities will include:
Sanitizing kitchen equipment storage areas walk-ins ovens and dry storage
Washing and organizing dishes utensils and cookware
Hand-washing pots pans and trays to standard
Managing trash and recycling and maintaining the loading dock
Moving supplies and equipment between storage and kitchen areas
Regularly disinfecting all food and beverage workspaces
Assisting with food prep event setup and breakdown
Supporting the team with any other tasks needed to keep operations running smoothly
What Were Looking For:
Experience:Previous kitchen or stewarding experience is a plus
Certification:Valid Food Handlers License required
Physical Requirements:
Lift push and pull up to 50 lbs.
Bend squat walk and stand for extended periods
Availability:Flexible schedule including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set years & depth of experience certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
