Job Description
UCFB are looking to appoint a Facilities Officerto support the delivery of a high quality effective and efficient facilities management function for students and staff.
Key Tasks
- Logistics Coordination Manage logistics activities across all UCFB sites ensuring smooth operations and completing daily facilities checks.
- Event Setup & Reinstatement Convert UCFB areas for events and revert them for education overseeing asset movement and staff coordination.
- Asset Management Maintain an up-to-date asset register and track asset locations before during and after events.
- Facility Maintenance & Checks Conduct dilapidation checks support basic maintenance and ensure storage areas meet safety standards.
- Helpdesk & Reception Support Monitor logistics requests via the helpdesk and assist with front desk duties as needed.
- Health & Safety Compliance Ensure UCFB areas and storage spaces remain clean organised and compliant with fire and safety regulations working in accordance with and updating risk assessments.
