Job Description
As part of the on-call support team you will have the following responsibilities:
- Operating monitoring and incident response systems deployed at for supervising the system status of the system using dedicated tools;
- Incident handling of any alerts raised by the tools by following operational procedures which cover security alert monitoring incident categorisation and triage incident response strategy and definition of recovery strategies;
- Contributing to the review and refinement of the incident handling processes in order to optimise incident response capabilities;
- Maintaining the lessons learnt knowledge base following incident closures;
- Supporting the Operational Analysts daily tasks In order for the backup operators and the 24/7 external cyber shift operators to have the adequate knowledge to perform the required services;
Qualifications :
You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:
Mandatory knowledge and hands-on experience on:
- Microsoft Technologies:
- Windows Domain (Active Directory)
- Exchange Server IIS RDS
- System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)
- Linux & Container Orchestration:
- Red Hat Linux
- Monitoring & Observability:
- OpenNMS
- Nagios
- Storage & Backup:
- Longhorn VEEM
- o Security & Networking:
- Firewall Management (Stormshield Palo Alto)
- IDS Management
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Management
- VPN Solutions
- Antivirus Management
- Middleware & Application Servers:
- Boss EAP 1
- MCSA or equivalent certifications in applicable windows technologies are highly valued.
- Knowledge on Linux.
- HPS EU Secret clearance valid at the time of proposal.
