As Manager of Outpatient Mental Health Services you will lead multidisciplinary teams across a variety of specialized clinics including the Outpatient Eating Disorders Clinic Depression Centre IMPACT program Urgent Care Clinic and the Mental Health in Medicine Clinic. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care while managing fiscally responsible budgets and participating in strategic planning. Your role will involve overseeing the assessment implementation and evaluation of departmental activities facilitating professional and educational development for staff patients and families and maintaining strong communication with patients family members and community partners. You will also lead change management initiatives across these outpatient services coordinate administrative functions including departmental meetings and foster a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff. Your sound judgment strong leadership skills and experience in managing complex outpatient mental health programs will be essential to your success in this role.
