You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Repairs Manager will manage and coordinate the Repair functions across the ASEA region.
Owner of the end-to-end Repair offering across ASEA.
Responsible for defining building and implementing the overall Repair Strategy including Service Exchange.
Responsible for meeting KPIs in relation to customer quote delivery financial performance particular job cost or customer quotes and DIFOT.
Manage and lead the repairs team consisting of Repairs Coordinators Repair Administrators Planners and Technical Support Coordinators.
Acts as the deputy to the ASEA Service Center Manager filling in when required.
Identifying new repair opportunities building valuable partnerships and expanding FLS market reach to drive revenue and company growth.
Maintain or develop standards processes procedures whilst driving standardization within the repairs team.
Maintain positive relationships with our key customers and internal stakeholders.
Travel is expected in this will vary based on the requirements of the role.
Any other duties as directed by your manager.

Be a Mining professional with a strong background in either engineering metallurgy plant operations or services to the mining industry in the fixed plant arena.
A proven track record in managing the repairs of large industrial mining equipment.
Solid sales / business development experience within the region.
A good understanding of mining operations and the criticality of plant availability and planned maintenance.
Experience in working with customers to align the provision of FLS plant and equipment through optimisation and digitisation to give superior recoveries and outcomes.
Financial acumen and cost consciousness with a demonstrated history of cost-effective practices.
Excellent commercial knowledge communication and high-level negotiation and influencing skills (externally and internally) whilst maintaining an exceptional customer service attitude.
Ability to deliver in a fast paced changing environment whilst maintaining a high attention to detail.
Logical thinking creative problem solving and sound decision-making skills with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion.
The ability to analyse the regional mining footprint and understand geopolitical and market forces.
