Job Location: Trinity Health Hospital Campus & Medical District (01) - Minot ND
Position Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $39.92 - $59.87 Hourly
Job Shift: Days
Description
Directly manages supervises and evaluates the patient care service assuring quality patient care leading to consumer satisfaction in accordance with Trinity Health Plan and Provision of Patient Care Services. Demonstrates a working knowledge of personnel management and communication principles in order to maintain a positive work environment. Develops and manages the departments resources (time materials and personnel) within the budgetary guidelines as approved by Trinity Health Board of Directors.
Qualifications
Licenses and Certifications Required Current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure BLS certification required OCN certification or required within 18 months Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification or required within 6 months Educational Requirements Graduate of accredited school of nursing BSN preferred Experience Requirements Minimum of 3 years oncology nursing practice strongly preferred Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred Special Skills or Training Requirements Good communication skills Computer skills Central line access
