YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
This is a full-time role based at our Newark DE location. Specific work hours will be shared during the hiring process. As a Cosmetology Education Leader you will work closely with instructors (called Learning Leaders) to help them provide high-quality lessons in both the classroom and the clinic floor. You will help create lesson plans develop training materials and make sure our students are learning the skills they need. Youll also use Paul Mitchell tools and systems to help meet school goals related to education and budgeting.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience instructing at a cosmetology school with solid work history and verifiable references
- Current cosmetology barbering esthetic or nail and instructor license
- Excellent organization coaching and communication skills
- Proficiency in supervision teamwork documentation and return on investment
- Genuine passion for the beauty industry
- Honesty and professionalism in all interactions
Familiarity with Paul Mitchell Schools cultural and technical systems is preferred.
