As a Home Care CNA with Trinity AT Home youll have the rewarding opportunity to provide personalized and compassionate care to residents within their homes. Flexible scheduling is available to meet your needs with all shifts open.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with day-to-day tasks such as bathing dressing and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs reporting changes to the nursing team.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Help residents with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
- Ensure a clean and safe living environment.
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor.
