Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contributes to the overall success of the office by adhering to firm and project goals.
  • Assists the marketing manager/director and supports the marketing team with marketing activities.
  • Assists with the production of marketing materials and literature.
  • Coordinates the production of a wide range of marketing communications.
  • Provides support for marketing events as required.
  • Assists with the collation of information for promotional literature.
  • Uploads marketing material to online libraries internet groups and social media sites.
  • Updates and maintains the marketing departments documentation and databases.
  • Manages events books venues and orders marketing materials.
  • Supports awards submissions and PR efforts

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 0-3 years of experience in marketing communications or a related field especially in the architecture design or professional services industries.
  • Bachelors degree

PROFICIENCIES

  • Personable and articulate
  • Sharp writing and critical thinking skills
  • Effective project management capabilities
  • Sound understanding of marketing principles
  • Strong Administration skills

SOFTWARE

  • Adobe Suite (InDesign Photoshop Illustrator etc.) preferred
  • Open Asset
  • Microsoft Suite (Word PowerPoint etc.)

At the time of posting this job advertisement the annual pay range for this position is between $61600 and $78700 commensurate with qualifications.
