The Division of Cardiology within the Department of Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School ( RWJMS ) is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiologist at an open rank to join our Heart Failure & Transplant team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the advancement of cardiac services with a particular focus on heart failure management and transplant cardiology. The Attending Physician will be a vital member of our interdisciplinary care team delivering high-quality patient-centered care to individuals with complex cardiac conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing advanced heart failure and transplant patients a commitment to excellence and a collaborative spirit. Some duties may include: assessments of patients with heart failure and transplant-related conditions to determine appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans effectively communicate diagnoses treatment plans and follow-up care requirements to patients and their families and formal and informal education to staff on best practices in heart failure and transplant care.
