Job Description:
Clinical Team Lead Ascent
The Ascent teamis an evidence-based practice that uses a shared team approach to support individuals who have or continue to experience psychosis by offering assistance with early mental health intervention symptom stabilization building meaningful relationships employment and education. Services include wraparound care navigation to assist individuals with a connection to necessary community resources skills training to help increase independent living coordination of care with relevant supports medication management psychoeducation peer support and vocational services.
- Provide a consistent on-site (where possible) support presence for teams.
- Foster staff development and competency through supervision coaching trainings and team meetings.
- Monitor documentation and oversee clinical care delivery to ensure regulatory standards and/or contractual requirements are met.
- Enhance professional growth and development through participation in specialized training.
- Assist with hiring and developing a successful and cohesive team with high level of client satisfaction productivity and overall achievement of performance metrics.
- Provide clinical and administrative support to team members that includes assistance with crisis situations and other urgent matters.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the management team to understand department objectives strategies and vision in order to maximize staff efficiencies and operations.
- Provide clinical supervision coaching and mentoring to staff including case discussion and consultation and professional development opportunities. Directly manage complicated requests from clients psychiatric providers or staff.
- Maintain a caseload of clients in accordance with department policy to gain optimal functioning and sustain improvements in health management.
- Act as a resource to answer questions and assist peers and management with delegated tasks and projects.
- Perform audits of assessments care plans and service notes to verify cases are properly managed and client coordination activities are occurring and appropriately documented.
- Act as a client advocate and a liaison between internal and external providers and community resources to seamlessly integrate services.
Qualifications:
- Masters in related field required
- At least one year supervision and management experience preferred.
- May require additional specialized experience and knowledge depending on program needs and focus i.e. case management housing vocational rehabilitation recovery working with special populations etc.
- Must be competent in clinical assessment diagnosis and therapeutic interventions and have the ability to coach staff in these areas
- Must be skilled in risk assessment and crisis evaluation and have the ability to coach staff in these areas.
- Knowledge of community resources
- AllHealth Network does not employ former or current clients or family members of clients receiving treatment at any AllHealth Network facilities.

Pay Rate:
$65000 - $75000 annually
$5k salary increase for LAC
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience education training merit and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
